USB Drive File Sorting

Hello :)
I am wondering if there is a way to disable this automatic organisation of my files?
As you can see, it orders them by Application, File folders, Icons, and others.
I dont want this.

It isn't like this on my Windows 7 laptops and their windows installation is almost the same day (only a week or two difference) and I havnt changed any settings apart from show file extensions and show hidden folders.

Its not crucial, its just helpful to know :)

Ok well nevermind, I found out how to.
Go to Properties > Customize > Optimize this folder for: and select Documents.
