Recently I have been having problems with the desktop freezing, and weird programs running that deny the Admin access or allow to be shutdown. Now, everything starts-up BUT I have absolutely no control. If I try to open any important programs like Task Manager, Services, Admin Tools, etc, I am told that the program "is either disabled or it has no enabled devices associated with it". I have absolutely no authority, even as admin, to make any changes, forbidden to take ownership, unable to even open system restore. When I went into the command console, I saw the "InstallServices64" running, which is weird because all of my programs are on the "InstallSystem32". So I ask now the question, "Does anyone know WTF is going on"

Welcome aboard p22002758.gif

Please follow the instructions in THIS GUIDE starting at Step 6. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it HERE. Please include a description of your computer issues, what you have done to resolve them, and a link to this topic.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.

It would be helpful if you post a note here once you have completed the steps in the guide and have started your topic in malware removal. Good luck and be patient.

If HelpBot replies to your topic, PLEASE follow Step One so it will report your topic to the team members.

tried all that was written here, but computer will not allow anything to open/download/install or even run. I keep getting the same message, " this program is either disabled or has no enabled drivers associated with it."

Create new topic in malware removal forum and post exactly that....you're not able to create any logs.
