I cant boot to safe mode because I messed with my system files DIRECTLY. I know, I regret what I did, but I need to fix this ASAP. I cant face my parents like this.

Prior to messing it up, I created a system restore point, but the only way I know is to boot it, and restore. Well, I cant even boot so yeah.
