I have a small video clip MOV00001.mpg format which I want to annotate by adding an arrow to pinpoint / highlight one part of the picture.  Windows Movie Maker does not seem to be able to do this (nor the various sophisticated Autocad programs at work) but I have seen this done somewhere.  Is there a simple to use free video editor which I could download to accomplish this task (ideally combined with adding a title)? Thanks
