hello,
I am wondering if the web browser MSN Explorer Premium (which I am using) is running off of the IE design? Or is it a stand-alone browser?

MSN Explorer 9.10.0006.2205 Beta All-in-one software from Microsoft
is just the latest and greatest version of IE upgrades.

It is not a "stand-alone" browser in the sense that Firefox, Opera, etc, are independent of the Windows software.

Note: It's still called a Beta.

How do you like using this "MSN Explorer Premium"?
