There was a technical faultt on them, i'd had enough and ended the contract, the lady understood paying 4 a service i wasnt using, so she told me i'd get a call back whilst it was being processsed, half an hour later phone rings and im speaking with a senior who gives me no option but to continue because i wouldn't see any of that $500 back so he pushed me into continuing giving me full credit,and told me he would deal with me personally and promised to make me happy,do you think the number he gave me worked of course not these bloody overseas call centres say anything now im screwed because they dont have that conversation noted obviously, that was a wk an a half ago expecting an email of the details on the agreement but nothing. so today finally after 6months of no service i now have service and called to get in black and white the details, funnily no history of that arrangement and now im told im only getting back $44 in credit. Pls help!!! What legal grounds do i have, who should i speak to. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. thank u.
