Or at least I think that's what's happening.

I have Avast Business Security on my laptop, and periodically I just get hammered with notices from Avast that it has put several viruses in the "virus chest."  For example, today between 6:01 and 6:03, Avast apparently identified 12 viruses and quarantined them.  They come in batches like that.

Is there any way to figure out whether the viruses are coming in via e-mail and if so, who is sending them (via a hijacked account, no doubt)?

I am willing to switch to a different product if I can find one that sheds a little more light.

Thanks!
