Need help.Connecting ptz cameras to hybrid videoregistratore.

 There are hybrid DVR model jv-id2508,camera, 2 PCs wanscam AJ-C0WA-B1D8.

Problem the video recorder does not see the camera.
Need help.Connecting ptz cameras to hybrid videoregistratore.
Put on the DVR address port 80
On one camera port 99
On another camera port 99
The router is running on port 80
The computer sees and connects to the DVR.
The computer sees the ip camera and connect.
But the DVR does not see the ip camera (which I myself he had been prescribed address) that through the search.

What happens if you go to http:\\ in a web browser?

DVR has to read the cameras on port 90.  Is the DVR configurable to do that?  If not you have to find a port the DVR can see and configure the cameras to that port.
