My first build, got most of the thing put together and now just plugging cables in. Got the 8-pin connector in okay, but now the 24-pin simply will not push in all the way no matter how much I try to force it. It gets partway and then stops. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or I've got a defective connection.

Any ideas of what I might be doing wrong?

Edit: Okay nevermind. As it turns out, the tab was just excessively tight. To such a point that I feared I may snap the board as I was forcing it on. Guess that's never coming off.
