Why can't I paste something into this space? I thought I was able to do it before but can't now.

Anyway, I get this recurring nag screen:

A website wants to open web content using this program on your computer.

Name: Java SE Runtime Environment 8 Update.

Publisher: Oracle America.

Gives me the option to allow or don't allow and don't show me this warning again.

I have no problem updating Java but, even though I allowed it, the nag screen keeps coming back.

Hi heavydude :)

Does this message comeback on every website you visit, or just one? If so, which one?

Seems random.

I checked my programs and I do have the Java 8 update as of yesterday.

Uninstall the older version of Java, since you don't need it anymore. Also, does the message pop-up in every web browsers, or just one? If so, which one?

I deleted 31.

I found that I could turn off automatic Java updates and since then, it hasn't come back.

Maybe it wanted to install the 64-bits version of Java if you have a 64-bits version of Windows. Or more likely, since you deleted the old Java, it now have no reason to want to update.
