Hi!

My company uses Bomgar and also an internal support software. Our agents use ADWCleaner and it kills our processes / disconnects us when used. Would it be possible to contact Xplode so that he can evaluate us for whitelisting?

The files are:

tific.exe
tificchild.exe
bomgar-scc.exe

Hi JKAraya :)

There's currently a thread open to report false positives in AdwCleaner. Simply post in the thread below, and the files will be reported to Xplode.

You can also include a log where these files are being detected to help.

Thanks!

I tried emailing him last thursday and didn't get a reply. i wasn't sure if there was a better way to contact him. Our techs love to use ADWCleaner but when it kills the remote desktop process, it hurts the users experience.

Xplode is really busy, so it can him some time to reply. Also, make sure that your technicians runs AdwCleaner from the Desktop and select "Run as Administrator" if they run it on Windows Vista and later, since running it from another location and without Admin Rights can affect the scan (detections made, and elements removed).

You can send him another email. He gets so many and does try to reply but sometimes an email may get overlooked or lost.
