File Excel is very slow

I have a lot of excel file with unusually large. Open them up very slowly .In file appears a lot of blank rows.
How to fix it? Please help me.

You would expect a very large file to open more slowly.

 

 

.In file appears a lot of blank rows.

 

Do you mean that these empty rows have been inserted when you open these files, or do you mean that they should contain data but no longer do so ?

 

Are you having any other problems with your computer ?

 

I believe that English is not your first language, but if you can give answers to these questions it will be a great help.
