the program is malwarebyte anti-malwares and also avast anti virus premium(i did not pay for it, was on trial) and  i can not think about a paying anti virus when hackers can still steal my money if i use my credit card. I just want to get rid of it with out paying for it? is there any way...some persistent hackers have been spying on me and finally i got hacked too and where ever i go online to play games they are there spoiling my fun.this is annoying as if i am in some torture cell. Please help me even now they might know i am here. I have a little question, if i re-indstall my windows can i get rid of being hacked unless i click something and get infected again?

Hi iHateHackers :)

Can you tell us exactly what's happening? Why do you think that you're getting hacked? For starters, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and avast! Antivirus Premium are legitimate Antimalware and Antivirus programs respectively, and they are also very good ones to use.

Secondly, yes, doing a clean installation of your Windows will get rid of malware that are currently present on your system, unless the malware is hiding on a partition that you won't wipe during the reinstallation, then it could re-infect the new installation. Also, you can be re-infected again if you "click" on something bad and get infected, yes.

Edit: On a side note, not every Antimalware and Antivirus have a 100% detection ratio, there's not a single program right now that can detect everything malicious present on a system so I wouldn't blame these programs for that too.

sorry  i was editing my former post and then it said my post is gone so i posted another one . As for the questions that why i am being hacked and what is going on i will tell it let me edit this post again and i will tell you the whole behaviour of my computer...

*Edit *

that small computer icon on my task bar shows a yellow exclamation sign when i get hacked. They don't often hack me, just for a few secs and during that time i get disconnected from the internet and then i refresh the page to get it back. But sometimes it takes many minutes and that yellow exclamation sign remain there forever Plus which ever site i visit they are there. I stopped playing a lot of games bcoz i kept bumping into them so i started playing another game and now they are there also torturing me. I have been spyed for some years but i am so dumb i did not know about it. I think they are quite skilled they can make viruses, they are actually friend gamers and they visit your sites and other forums so i think they know how to attack .I don't know why are they doing it.That's silly.

You know that you might be having a networking issue and not a malware issue? You cannot really assume that you are infected because your Internet disconnects from time to time. There's a lot of other possibilities that could make this occurs. Let's start by checking them out first shall we? Are you using a wireless or wired connection on that computer?

I can guarantee you that I'm not one of these hackers. I'm just a member that offer technical support assistance on BleepingComputer :) And in the worst case, they aren't hacking you but just DDoS'ing you. Being DDoS'd isn't being hacked at all. They are attacking you, yes, but they don't have access to your system, at all. Alright, do you have any other wireless devices in the house or wired devices? When your Internet go down on your laptop (I guess you have a laptop?), does it goes down on the other devices as well?

I expect avast! to detect MiniToolBox as a malware, but its not. Its what we call a false positive and it happens a lot with downloads from BleepingComputer since they have malware like behaviors in order to gather the information for their logs, but they are totally legitimate. If avast! flag MiniToolBox, you can temporarily disable it for the time of the scan.

they can access it..i think. They did something to my malwares and then in my history a worm of the type jenxus was found in my MSE and in my usb i scanned with my avast antivirus the same worm.plus how come they know where ever i go.I want to learn everything so that when i play games and have fun no one can spoil it and when i visit other sites and inforamtive forums i don't bump in to them sigh..honestly i am very upset..like some one in a torture cell. You know what our game forum was attacked too, the CM there mentioned it in offical announcement section. But i doubt that site is friends with those players or may be not anyways i don't go there any more.

Okay i am downloading it  and i will edit this post when i am done.thank u for your time.

Edit*

hello i have done it but is it ok to post the log here? they mgiht be watching me bcoz they always track me and this log has some confidential information too.

Okay i wil post it to you not here.
