I was doing some research on Gparted and during my search I came across the following book.

  • Series: Inside Out
  • Paperback: 752 pages
  • Publisher: Microsoft Press; 1 edition (November 25, 2013)
  • Language: English
  • ISBN-10: 0735683638
  • ISBN-13: 978-0735683631

I found this. The author's favorite tool for troubleshooting is Hirens CD. He even gives the link to Hirens and a screen shot too showing the MiniXP option. So what gives? Microsoft is okay with Hiren's?

From what I see on Wikipedia, Microsoft Press only releases books dealing with their technologies. So I don't know if they know about the copyright issues with Hiren's Boot CD or not.

What surprises me is that M/Soft actually suggested something helpful.
