Windows 8:1 can't start up normally

recentely i have encounted a problem with my laptop....i am using Toshiba-Sattilete C850-F0023, everytime i switch it on it doesnt switch on normal, it just freezes after showing windows 8 logo....but when i goto safe mode it responds very well....i tried to boot it with by following some steps on error 1084 just after then it opens....but after switching it off it starts its problem again.....

Do you have the installation disk? Can you boot from that and run the startup repair utility?
