Hi

My name is Juell. After a friend of mines accidently clicked the wrong thing while on a website, my computer has gone completely haywire.

During startup, I recieve a "End User Agreement" pop up on my computer as well as a white "Continue Live Installation" icon/shortcut on my desktop. I have google MULTIPLE ways to delete it, but have not found success. Below I have listed each of the scans (not logs) that I have attempted. They have found quite a bit of adware, which I have deleted/quarantined still without success. I have also restarted/refreshed my IE and Firefox browsers.

Additionally, I noticed that after an hour or so, my computer will randomly begin to download various programs onto my laptop including Salus, videomakers, regi cleaners, trovli (sp), and more. Each of these I unistall instantly using my program unistaller.

I am currently running Windows 8.1 64-bit

I have ran

Kaspersky

Malwarebytes

adwcleaner

JRT

Both Kaspersky and Malwarebytes I have ran twice, and found junk which I removed.

Please Help ASAP! I am a Graphic Designer and need my fairly new laptop back in top condition.

Thank you in advance!

Juell

Welcome aboard p22002758.gif

Please follow the instructions in THIS GUIDE starting at Step 6. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it HERE. Please include a description of your computer issues, what you have done to resolve them, and a link to this topic.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.

It would be helpful if you post a note here once you have completed the steps in the guide and have started your topic in malware removal. Good luck and be patient.

If HelpBot replies to your topic, PLEASE follow Step One so it will report your topic to the team members.

Hello Broni

Thank you for your quick reply and patience is in order.

I have done as requested.

I could not paste my "FRST" log into the post on the other forum as it made the post too long and refused to post. I did however, attach it as with the "Addition" log.

Here is a link to my other post in the reffered forum:

Thank you
