Hi everyone,

I'm currently having an issues when I go to print a word document my printer status just gets stuck on the spooling phase and doesn't move past that. I was wondering if anyone one else has run into this problem themselves. The printer is an HP M476nw Color LaserJet Pro, and it is connected wirelessly through a network to a computer running Windows 7. Any help would be great!

Edit: So far I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver multiple times. Also, when I print from google docs or anything else the printer works fine. It is just when I go into Word and try to print something that it goes crazy

Have you checked the printer properties in word?  It should show as network printer.
