Good Morning All

I hope I am posting in the correct location.

I have a question that I would like some advice on. I recently ran a speed test on my computer and the results were download (12mbps) and upload (2mbs), but my internet seems to run very slow.

Is there any chance that my computer could be infected, or is there something slowing down the connection?

I am a college professor, so having a fast a reliable internet connection is extremely important.

I appreciate any help you all may be able to provide.

Thank you kindly and you all have a great day.
