After I installed AVG anti-virus software, my connection is not working. I also have Zoom Alarm basic firewall installed. When I tried to open IE browser, the loading information displayed at the bottom of the browser said: "res://c:\windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm. Even after I disinstalled the software, I was still not able to resume the connection. Please help!
Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? Thanks!
