I get this notification box  "Windows could not connect to Group Policy Client services....." everytime I log into the laptop. It started happening about 2 hours ago. I tried opening google chrome several times, but it wouldn't start. That never used to happen before. Just as I typed this google chrome started, but it started about 20 minutes after I last clicked it. The other programs seems to open up just fine. I

tried to safetly eject my flash drive but I got an error message.

This sucks because this isn't even my computer. Can anyone help me please? :(
