EXE files appering in Server Subfolders

Hello, First time on this forum, I have a windows 2008  Server, As of Last Week, .exe files have been appearing in my folders on my server in the Form of the Main Folder, I have attached a pic for Reference. 

 

This Just started happening last week, not sure what is going on

Upload one of them .exe files to virustotal.com and see what that says, but by all accounts it appears to be a self replicating trojan of some sort using the name of the folder it sits in.

Thanks for the Info, funny thing is now that i try uploading it the file disappears into thin air... Weird... Ill run a Virus scan...
