My Lenovo G580 laptop does not get charged when plugged in. It stays constant at 10%.

I looked it up and found a solution which said to remove the battery and run the laptop on AC, then uninstall the battery drivers from device manager. Then when I put in the battery and switched on it worked perfectly for about 3 days. I did the same thing all over again only to get the problem again after a few days.

Sounds like a harware problem in the power distribution module. If the laptop is still under warranty I'd see about getting them to fix it free. Otherwise I'd get an estimate and consider replacement versus repair.
