SWUSB 220 COPIES?? HELP!

Cpu at 100. Tried to close Swusb.exe-029E5A6A.pf that always appears in task manager,and makes it hard to shut down
Searched for file. It has been running for 5 minutes. 262 files and counting. SWUSB 444kb application. 11/14/2013 10:57. SWUSB.EXE-029E5A6A C:(backslash here-none on my keyboard?)WINDOWS (BACKSLASH)Prefect. 4/12/2015 11:58. Just keeps repeating. Over 330 now. Should I stop it.delete it? So confused.

Below it says it is a realtek file and can be deleted, there is one thing in the link that most will tell you not to use "Registry Cleaner" they can cause issues.

P.S. do not fall for any of the software fixes, there is better help up here!

Please post a screenshot of Task Manager which reflects some of these processes.
