I purchased a new smartphone yesterday and in my haste to set it up with my custom ringtones I downloaded a program to which I thought was "Format Factory".  This is where I am uncertain.

Format factory DL'd and right before it asked my computer to restart "I said yes" I saw the MSDos screen pop for a brief moment.

when the computer restarted there was no program.  Nothing.  like I never did anything.  SO I restored to prvious point just to be safe and this morning I notice that my Mcafee will not run a scan and will not update.

note:  McAfee is usually self updating and always running but in this case, I did download something I thought was a legit program.  I am just not sure if there is anything on the computer that I am not seeing, just waiting to blow up.

I ran 'Combofix' and have the report and am asking if someone can take a look at it to see if something looks fishy or strange.  Or perhaps can give me some steps just to take to check and be sure that I did not install something I should not have.

Thanks is advance

Just a comment about restore/refreshing and security software:

Restoring or Refreshing your OS may break the file and registry settings of your security software. To solve it, you'll have to re-install or clean install the security product..

Hold on till somebody can interpret the logs....
