Ok something weird just happened; I saved a story to my documents then when to read it and getting this error and when I scroll down the story runs on; theirs no spacing between the paragraphs and no spacing between

sentence's  !  ?

So how did this just get messed up and how do I fix this ?  ?     Should I post a sample of the story in this lost formatting mode ( ? )  or is their a fix ; we good to go get it fixed ?

Ok this might help ; normal size is this -

Clarisse and I had been married for almost 20 years and had reached a
stage in our marriage where everything was comfortable but not that
exciting anymore. We had sex occasionally but it was pretty average and
seemed to be just a formality rather than the passion it evoked when we
were younger.  Clarisse had worked a few years and then decided to stay
at home and be the typical wife. She took care of the house, enjoyed
her hobbies, volunteered for charities, and kept herself trim and
healthy. Even in her late 40s, Clarisse was still very attractive and
her dark complexion showed few wrinkles and highlighted her green eyes.
She was tall, nearly 5'8" and although heavier than when we first
married, was still slim in appearance. Her dark brunette hair was
always well kept, and she liked to be fashionably, although

But now out of the blue the type size is 3x bigger and runs on; no spacing or formatting (?)  not sure what to call it.

So how do I get normal back  . .

The font size is easy to fix - 'Select all' and choose font size - but that won't affect the rest of the formatting.

If this is a  one off it could just be a blip in the download. I would download the story again and see if it still comes out that way, or download a couple of other blocks of text from other web-sites and see if the same happens. If it happens again, post back.

Hum can try other sites tried that 1 x but can try again; but I seem to recall margins and saved as and something about sizing a page to 80% that saving as default so that might have gotten messed up but not sure where to look and figure out the correct numbers : (

Why is it never easy .  .

I've had this happen with every program I've tried.  The only solution for me has been to add the missing spaces.

Weird and annoying never looks right and the spacing only for that copy and scanning stinks and OCR is the pits and the letters and very spotty and not fully printed.     And I have 96 bright paper before I print and after I I print has a grey tint to it and worse what should be 96 bright is now 90 bright bloody awful  ! !

So how do I figure out what got mis set then fix.   .

Now you have me totally confused !  What have OCR and scanning got to do with downloading formatted text off the internet ?  Though I won't disagree that OCR has its problems from a user's point of view it has nothing to do with downloading documents.

The Doc is saved then scanned using OCR and then to get it looking decent the margin and format issues are re set ; and yes I know that doesn't solve why it happened and it will happen again .

Thinking I should try posting a sys log here;  that catchs everything . .
