a client  look everywhere they could possible beours is running xp has office 2010,he has said around 100 -200 emails some read and some unread have dissapeared from his inbox from two weeks ago, he said he hasnt deleted them and i looked at archived folders etc i cannot find them,have ye any idead what else i could do to find them,i just want too look everywhere they could possible be

If your client is using Outlook as his email client, the files would be in .pst files.

thanks louise but how could i get the lost emails back,or do i have too import the whole pst file
