I'm looking for a free safe mail service with security for email and attachments and encryption and decryption . any advise ?

What sort of retention policy are you expecting for free? I know of one that's only got a 7 day retention policy for the free tier.

over a year , if not life time . i don't want free trials :( cos i don't send messages daily and a 7 day trial would just be a wast.

Take a look at inbox.com.  I have had the same account there for years but I don't know what your security requirements are.

i don't know much about all the tech stuff , but i just want to be sure that the docs i send and received can not be opened by any 1 other than the sender and receiver , and cannot be retrieved once deleted . basically an email version of cc clearer ( if that makes scene ).

Since you asked me via PM my opinion on that question, I'm still waiting for the Dark Mail Alliance to come to life.

For now, Protonmail will do the job despite some governments trying to take it down or something along these lines.
