My computer shut down with a blue screen error. I shut it down disconnected everything except mouse and keyboard, and attempted to restart. All I get is 4 beep tones, no splash screen, no connection to the monitor, no blinking cursor .... Next I removed the video card and connected the monitor to the VGA port. and tried again. The same result 4 beeps and no connection to the monitor. I used 2 different monitors to eliminate the possibility that the monitor was the issue.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
