laptop freezing after start up

Hi everyone, I have a dell inspiron laptop. I started experiencing the problem yesterday but it was a slight freeze nothing major but leading into this morning it fronze completly and wasn't responding at all. So I loaded it up in safe mode and it worked fine but soon as I try to try normal start up it freezes again. Someone help me please :-\

While in safe mode with networking...

 

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.
 
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
 
Click Go and paste the content into your next post.
 
Also...please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic323892.html/page__p__1797792#entry1797792 , taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.

I got the program and check the boxes but it says "getting application errors: 2265"

List last 10 Event Viewer log was causing the error only could do the other 2

Your Speccy indicates a Windows install date today...why do you say that the problems began recently?

 

Your hard drive is overheating, with very little installed right now, reflects status of Warning.  I would run the long generic diagnostic test on it.
