Hello,

I am not a techie and would appreciate simple instructions.

Here are my various error messages:

Windows has encountered a problem with communication with a device connected to your computer.  This error can be caused by unplugging a removable storage device such as an external USB drive while the device is in use, or by a faulty hardware such as a hard drive or CD ROM drive that is failing.  Make sure that any removable storage is properly connected and then restart your computer.

Windowx install less than 3 weeks old...what was wrong with system that led to reinstall?

STOP F4 Errors , these are somewhat hard to troubleshoot, IMO.  In essence, the error states that Windows shut down because of "something" deemed undesireable.  That could be hardware, that could be malware, that could be something not normally considered.

You have a SSD and I don't see the indicators pointing to any problems there.  Ditto for the other storage drive.

Your browser is using a lot of RAM...moving topic to Am I Infected for a look by the more knowledgeable.

Thank you, Louis.

It seemed that my operating system wasn't working properly so a techie guy re-installed it -- files were going to the wrong places -- I couldn't find files -- random things started happening -- one time I got double emails in my gmail -- then I had a BSOD -- I don't have those problems now except for what I had mentioned.

I am looking forward to the next response.

I appreciate your help . . .

Dave
