Windows explorer is in a box in the middle of the desktop and it is continually (stopping working) and then (restarting) making any other actions...impossible.  I have tried system restore..twice...but it failed both times.  I don't know what to do to get my system to reboot normally.  These actions are present in safe mode as well.  Pls help..tell me someone else has survived this problem.

Many Thxs in advance
