Hi! I'm not able to access internet radio and don't have control over my windows media player. A program called "urge" seems to have taken over. I tried to delete it. It said there was some stuff I'd need to do manually. I don't know what to do. I hope I've posted this q in the right place. Please help. Thanks.

This appears to be a legitimate Microsoft program.
