I have tried to load flash player but I can't. I go on the website and click install.it gets to about 75% then asks me to close I/e by going on task manager /processes/then delete I/e but there are 5 I/e do I delete them all .when I click on one it says if you delete this program me you may lose data or you could upset you p c I don't' know what to do ,I have been told to shut I/e off the normal way. but I don't know what that is.

   can anyone help Please.

done both of those suggestions and I am nowhere nearer. pressed ctrl+v did nothing what is it supposed to do .same with the first one clicked paste nothing when I right click, there is no paste highlighted so I cant' paste.

wickerman, when the "Results.txt" file opens, click somewhere inside it and press on Ctrl + A, this should select all the text. Once done, click on Ctrl + C to copy it all. After that, go in your reply text area and press on Ctrl + V. Takes a few seconds to do the whole process :)

You have two Antivirus product installed, Panda Cloud Antivirus and Microsoft Security Essentials. You should only have one Antivirus product installed at all time since having more than one can create conflict and/or system instability. I see that Panda Cloud is tagged as "hidden", so you might not be able to see it in the list of programs, we'll go another way around.

Download and execute RegScanner.

http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/regscanner.html (Download links are at the bottom)

In the Find String area, enter Panda. Once done, click on Ok. After the scan is complete, a log will open. Copy and paste it's content here.

On a side note, you have many errors in the Event Viewer we'll need to take care of.

I got a error message saying this post was to long. when I checked it I found that two thirds of it  where just numbers so I deleted them ,hope I did right.

I need the full report. Once the scan is complete, click on the View menu and select [b¸]HTML Report - All Items[/b]. From there, save the webpage, upload it to ge.tt and post the download link here please.

 Hello AURA.

 

Sorry but i am having problems. I followed your instructions and get the log, I do  ctrl a//ctrl c//  then ctrl v.on the post reply and the log comes up.

then I post it, at the top of the page a green oblong box comes up with three lights in ,these flash across the box for a while then go off ,and that's it.

nothing else when I go back to forums and then back to our post the reply box is empty.

Me again I have just followed the exact same steps the box with the green lights came up ,(must not have notice them before obviously part of the process)

and the reply came up right away so what happened to the log.
