Turned off Remote Access; can I delete ASPNET user?

I turned off Remote Access via Computer -> Properties -> Remote panel.

Can I safely delete ASPNET user?

The account does not allow remote or interactive login and only has "guest" level permissions. It cannot be used by another individual or by Microsoft to log in to your machine. Yes you can delete it if you desire.
