031415-8112-01.dmp points to your audio driver as the culprit

Name: High Definition Audio Device
Description: High Definition Audio Device
Class Guid: {4d36e96c-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}
Manufacturer: Microsoft
Service: HdAudAddService
Device ID: HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_1002&DEV_AA01&SUBSYS_00AA0100&REV_1002\5&37A4C668&0&0001
Problem: : This device is disabled. (Code 22)          Intentional?
Resolution: In Device Manager, click "Action", and then click "Enable Device". This starts the Enable Device wizard. Follow the instructions.

Something is awry in your Device Manager I'm thinking. Uninstall current audio drivers from the Device Manager and visit here for your motherboard's drivers (we'll only be downloading and installing one): http://support.asus.com/Download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=P5K+Pro&p=1&s=22

Look for the below:

OS: * Required

From the drop down menu (the down arrow), select your operating system, which is Windows 7 64bit
Now look for: icon_pls.gif  AUDIO

Click it

Then click to Download from asus_download_pics02.gif Global

See if this driver helps.

I'm very sorry about my absence. Had a lot of work, life problems, etc.

To the point. I has second sound card - Asus Xonar DX/XD and i use alternative sound drivers - UNi Xonar.

High Definition Audio Device is disabled by myself in Device Manager (it should be also disabled in bios).
Windows Firewall is also stopped intentionally, because i use ESET SmartSecurity.
Also Volume2 is external program to change volume (i use it to change volume with mouse wheel).

Meanwhile my first post I reinstaled twice sound drivers - first time used this guide http://maxedtech.com/uni-xonar-faq-troubleshooting-guide/#q1 Last time just with Revo and and Volume2.

And here error log

· OS - Windows 8.1, 8, 7, Vista ? Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 x64
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? It's official 90 day trial
· Age of system (hardware) 4-6 years
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? About year ago

· CPU Intel Q6600
· Video Card ATI HD5750
· MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop) ASUS P5K PRO
· Power Supply - brand & wattage (skip if laptop) Seasonic 500W

BSOD with DRIVER VERIFIER. I forgot my SAFEMODE doesn't work :( Luck i turned on and created restore point.

Ok so apparently the driver from GlarySoft - Glary Utilities Startup Manager Tool is causing a problem with your system.

The driver is GUBootStartup.sys

More information below

GUBootStartup.sys Sun Oct 12 19:58:08 2014 (543B23A0)

     20160 2015-03-30 21:25:11 "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\GUBootStartup.sys"

http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=GUBootStartup.sys

Update or remove this software/driver.

I'm thinking this is an old software that no longer exists as I couldn't find it installed on your system. If this is the case, you should be able to rename the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\GUBootStartup.sys file to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\GUBootStartup.sy_ to temporarily disable it.

Let me know if you need additional help.
