I used adwcleaner to get rid of Jonicopon off of my laptop and ever since I restarted my laptop no connections are available and when I troubleshoot no problems are found, I have tried changing the lan settings and used the cmd dos method neither worked, help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Louise :)

quietman posted instructions of steps and instructions you can follow if you aren't able to connect to the Internet after running AdwCleaner. These can be found in the link below:

I suggest you to try them in order and if you still can't connect after, let us know and we'll try something else.

Give special attention to step 5 which has been a fairly common issue after running AdwCleaner.
