 Hello, I have this mouse:

https://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/p/sculpt-comfort-mouse

I am getting this error Code:

0x80070015

I used this mouse successfully with this machine for a few months, then I had some viruses I resolved.  Now the bluetooth devices area in Windows 7 discovers there's a mouse, but when I try to connect it provides the above code.

It's been a challenge getting in touch with Microsoft and I'd like to get this running for work starting in a couple days.

I found the software for the mouse here:

http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/d/sculpt-comfort-mouse

and installed it, but nothing improved.

Any help is very much appreciated, thanks.

Hello Phil, thank you for the recommendation.  Just wondering have you used this particular tool before where you feel it's safe?
