I know in Win7 Hibernat is not on the Shutdow List but you can have it showup.

First in Power Options under Advanced you go to Hybride Hibernate and tuen it OFF.

Then in an Elevated DOS Promt you type

powercfg.exe /hibernat on

I do this and I get a screen that tells me you must have Hibernation turned on or off.

Please help I know I did this before?

I'm not sure if the advanced power option is related to the Shutdown list of features as I think the default setting is hibernate is available but, have you seen this link?
