I recently built a computer and am now in the process of installing the OS, but when I try to install xp a screen comes up that says that no hard drive is recognized by my computer. I have an Asrock dual939 sata2 motherboard and am using a western digital se 250GB sata2 hard drive with a sata1 cable. I went to the asrock home site and downloaded the sata2 driver to a floppy but when I press F6 during install and put in my floppy, it isn't recognized. I have NO idea what to do next and would greatly appreciate any help.
p.s sorry for the lengthy description

The floppy isn't recognized, the driver isn't recognized or the SATA drive isn't recognized ?

Try reformatting the diskette and copying the driver file to it again.
