Hi all,

I recently received an update through Windows for the audio in my laptop. I decided to update it and since then I have no sound at all. I downloaded the old version of the audio from Acer and installed the old one but it hasn't helped.

If I play an audio of a video I can see the sound waves when I click on the audio icon on the task bar, and in control panel I can see that it is located as it should be.

Anyone know how I can solve this problem?

My laptop is Acer aspire 5750g Windows 7 home premium

Thanks in advance

Try deleting the update then use the Acer driver.
