"iassdo.dll.mui" corrupt how to replace

i have problem that system restore will not work, even thought i can create a restore point manually but when i open system restore it says no restore points have been created. ran sfc/scanow & it says file is corrupt & in house copy is corrupt also. reinstalled windows 7 ultimate 64 bit & still have the same problem. lost now in what to do
