Latterly whenever I log in to my Yahoo Mail account a screen pops up asking me to agree to having a Yahoo extension on my Chrome browser.  This looks very like an unnecessary toolbar and I don't want it.  But it keeps reappearing at each login even though I click on "cancel", and it is beginning to verge on blackmail.  How can I and others similarly afflicted get rid of it?

[I have a Yahoo bookmark which serves its purpose quite adequately without the need for extra bells & whistles]
