I checked my Bluetooth set up recently and got my Bluetooth speaker connected and running but when I looked at Sounds again all but one of my device icons and options had gone missing. I have still got one instance of Speaker, which works, but the Earphones and other sound devices are no longer shown.  I hoped they would re-appear after a shutdown and restart but they did not.  How do I restore them?  I have looked in Control Panel for sound devices but only one device shows, there used to be about five.
