Error message

Attempts to download, print web pages and recently to Update Malware Bytes Anti Malware result in following error message;


    C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Temp\is-D6GVO.tmp\mbam-setup.tmp does not exist.


I had earlier submitted this to the forum and was advised to download the MiniToolBox,  I got the same Error message and was unable to download.


Thank you in advance for suggestions.
