Don't know what happened but my question did not come through. I am new to the site and have a situation that I would like to see if anyone else is experiencing. I can be on a website and just out of the blue loud music will start playing. I haven't clicked on any pop ups, ads, or anything. If I minimize the webpage I am on, all that I see is the desktop. The only way to get rid of the music is to log off and then log back on again.

I run MalwareBytes and Ccleaner.

In your other topic here http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/570822/two-separate-problems-i-think/
you mentioned the music and also this

The other problem is I have just had an error message come up that said, "shopathomebrowserappcoreservice" has stopped working. I have never seen this message before and don't know if it has been put there by a virus or malware.

Are you also still having that problem?

I did find the "shopathome" program and uninstalled it. Hope that takes care of this problem. But, the music! It is crazy!. I cannot find where it originates from!

How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook
