We may be able to if you explain just what this problem is.

From the title I'm guessing you are trying to identify a battery, what is this battery to?

Please post the make and model of this computer.

If you are referring to a laptop battery and the laptop is not seeing it, then most likely, it needs to be replaced.  Batteries only last 2-4 years depending on usage and how they are recharged.  You should be able to get a replacement one simply by googling for it.

You can try removing and re-inserting the battery in case of a loose connection.
