Ok, so for the last couple of weeks my internet has been doing this really weird thing where occasionally I will lose about 10-15 mb/s download and have 0 mb/s upload. Normally I get around 75 mb/s download and around 10 mb/s upload. So when this happens I'm at 60-65/0. I've looked to see if I'm downloading or uploading something without knowing it, I've plugged directly into the modem(yes, I have tried turning it on and off again) instead of the router. Just curious if you guys could shed some light on what could be the problem before I sit on the phone with technical support for a half hour rolling my eyes?
