Hello I am looking for advice on which cpu cooler to buy for my i5-4690k (going to overclock to 4ghz)

The unfortunate side is my case (Corsair SPEC-01 RED) only has 150mm of clearance or else it would be in the way of the side panel.

I would rather not have a low-profile cpu cooler unless necessary and I absolutely don't want to spend more than $50.

Was maybe thinking about the Cooler Master TX3 but want other suggestions as well.

Any advice?

Unless you want to go water cooling you are going to be really limited on your Heatsink selection.  I looked around for a good half hour only to find either the cooling wasn't so good or the price was too high or the size was too big.. good luck to you !!

This would be the best option. $43 for an all in one CPU cooler.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU Cooler: Antec KUHLER H2O 650 Liquid CPU Cooler  ($43.99 @ Directron)
Total: $43.99
