Error C0190003 Boot Problem

Hello all.

two weeks ago i booted my pc and got an error C0190003, it was saying update operation 9484 of 111960 but was stuck at that, the only way i could boot was to F8 and use advanced options and system restore. Everything was fine until this week it is now happening 90% of the time i boot my pc, can ayone help me out with this..?

Yes, i'm 100% sure it was due to the hard drive failing, it eventually died and i had it replaced and have never had the same problem since, my advice would be to back up all data from the drive as i lost a lot of mine
