i have an older XP visio from Dell that is no longer in use for general computing and i would like to use for a scoring program that scans targets and does all the calculations etc (Orion Scoring System.com if your interested in seeing what it is)...

they dont support XP because Microsoft quit supporting XP...

i really dont have the budget to purchase a new laptop (they like Win8 which i ABHOR at this point anyway) so id like to load 7 on my XP to run it...

so back to the subject topic?  is 7 still available to purchase someplace?
